1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you receive your tracking number your order should arrive with 1 - 2 business days. All orders are shipped should take less than 7 days if an order has not arrived please contact vibez@vibez-apparel.com

 

2. What is your return policy?

3. Do we ship internationally?

Yes, but all packages shipped internationally are subject to different shipping rates. 

 

4. Do I have to pay for shipping on my return?

We do ask customers to pay for the shipping cost. 

 

5. How do I care for my item?

We recommend that you wash all products in cold water in order to promise long-lasting quality. 

 

6. Where do I apply a promotional code, gift card or merchandise credit to my order?

All promotional codes can be applied right before checkout. If you are having an issue applying a promotional code please contact vibez@vibez-apparel.com

 

7. Why isn't my promotional code working?

Not all items may be eligible for a discount with your promotional code. Eligibility varies by style, color, and size and can change at any time. Discounts will be reflected at checkout.
